This year's sponsorship levels are:
Par - $500 (The cost of a new sign at your favorite trailhead)
Birding - $1,000 (The cost of an invasive species removal project)
Eagle - $2,500 (The cost of a trailbuilding clinic for our volunteers)
Thank you for your interest in Stowe Land Trust's 26th annual Golf Tournament, graciously hosted by Lee and Alice Spencer at the West Hill Golf Course. West Hill is a challenging, 9-hole, 3,255-yard course nestled in the hills of Stowe. The tournament gives our members and supporters a unique opportunity to play on a spectacular private course while helping raise funds for Stowe Land Trust's vital conservation work.
This year's event is an eighteen hole tournament played in a scramble format with teams of four formed by the Golf Committee. The tournament will be held on Thursday, August 7, with check-in starting at 11 am followed by a shotgun start at noon. Join us afterward for the annual Summer Cocktail Party at the West Hill Golf Course Clubhouse starting at 5:30 pm, featuring a catered bar, hors d’oeuvres from your favorite area restaurants, and an awards ceremony. For those not playing in the tournament, registration for the Cocktail Party is $25.
And don't miss the pre-tournament Calcutta and Cocktails Social, join us at The Cottage at Spruce Peak from 6-7:30 pm on Wednesday, August 6. Join us the evening before the tournament for a night of socializing, meeting other golfers,exciting Calcutta action, and putt for a chance to win cash prizes and support Stowe Land Trust. Golfers in attendance will receive a mulligan in Thursday's tournament.
Two locally curated gift baskets will be raffled off on every day so don't forget to purchase your tickets online or during the event.
