What does it mean to love a forest?
Join us for a walk in the woods with Ethan Tapper, a forester, content creator, and the bestselling author of How to Love a Forest: The Bittersweet Work of Tending a Changing World. Ethan will discuss natural history, forest ecology, wildlife and more, helping us understand our forests and what it means to care for them at this moment in time.
Come prepared with sturdy footwear and layers appropriate for the weather. Participants should be comfortable hiking for a few miles on potentially uneven or wet terrain, bugs, and weather. If you have health or mobility concerns pertaining to your ability to fully participate during the workshop, please feel free to reach out to Stowe Land Trust to discuss further.
