Celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the conservation of Cady Hill Forest with Stowe Land Trust and Stowe Trails Partnership! Join us for a weekend of fun events celebrating the natural and recreational resources protected by this amazing project.
On Saturday, July 30th we'll host a guided walk through Cady Hill Forest with Audubon Vermont's Steve Hagenbuch, co-hosted with the Vermont Woodlands Association. We'll talk about what makes a healthy bird habitat, sustainable forestry practices, and how the two intersect with recreational use of our lands.
We will meet at the Substation parking lot off of Cady Hill Road (google map link), departing at 1:00pm. Email Barry with any questions about the event.
This event is free and open to the public, although advanced registration is required to attend.
