Make a difference this Earth Day! Join Stowe Land Trust in planting over 200 trees at one of our conserved properties - DuMont Meadows! We will be planting native trees, including cottonwood, grey birch, red maple, burr oaks, and white pines. Planting these native trees will help restore the native biodiversity and wildlife habitat quality on the property.

Make sure to wear sturdy footwear, bring water, and pack anything else you may need while planting trees. Please bring work gloves if you own them - Stowe Land Trust has a limited number of work gloves they can provide volunteers.
Can’t join us this time? No worries! Stay tuned for upcoming volunteer work party events and more opportunities to get outside and explore Stowe with us.
RSVP is required; please use the event sign-up form below.
P.S. The DuMont trailhead area can only accommodate 4-5 cars. To limit the number of cars, please meet at Moscow Rec Field and carpool to the DuMont entry area.
